AROMA
Upon starting the anaysis, the aromatic intensity of this Tequila immediately expresses itself. With great frankness, it reveals wood-related aromas in a very well integrated way with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, olive leaves, and sweet pepper. Alcohol is present, providing an aromatic structure, as it does not overpower but rather accompanies and enhances the other aromas found. After resting for a few minutes, notes of chocolate, hazelnuts, and more clearly, vanilla begin to emerge confirming its aromatic complexity.
TASTE
At the moment of taking the first sip of this Tequila (a er a thorough analysis in the mouth) the intensity and aromatic complexities are confirmed. It has a great presence that is identified by uniformly activating the senses of taste, smell, and feel (texture), helping to understand everything this Añejo has to express. Excellent acidity, well-integrated flavors, and a remarkable finesse allow for the sensations provoked to be analyzed without them overlapping or predominating. The aromatic promise is confirmed by the spices, wood, and vanilla in the retro-olfaction. A long finish with lingering notes of the barrel's toast, co ee beans, and cinnamon. Upon savoring, instead of diminishing the aromas and flavors, they become present again, allowing you to enjoy them once more.
